Q: iTunes Radio on Apple TV

I have updated my 3rd gen Apple TV to 6.0 (both times) and when I try to launch iTunes Radio, it takes me to a blank Accept/Decline screen. After choosing Accept, it progresses to screen that says iTunes Radio can't be accessed. Anyone else having this problem?
