iPad Mini will not connect to Wifi after iOS7 upgrade

Hi there - I think this may be another iOS7 problem...

My iPad Mini will no longer connect to Wifi. It detects various netowrks of varying signal strength and has selected the network (in this case, my company's wifi network) and accepted the password. However, I am still sitting watching the circular equivalent of an hourglass...!!!

I have done hard and soft resets, I have "forgotten" the network and reselected it, I have switched off wifi and then on again and I have reset the network settings. Nothing seems to work.

HELP...!!!
