i FORGET MY SECRET QUESTIONS ANSWERS, HOW CAN I RESET MY ANSWERES?

I had made the sync method to my iphone, then all my contacts, notes and calenders gone, then i tried to back up my contacts the system ask me to answer the secret questions which i forget these answers, please help me to reset these answers & to back up my contacts to my iphone again
