I can't buy anything in the store because of security questions

My Father updated my laptop and now iTunes always wants me to answer security questions, because of "my first purchase on this laptop", which is actually not true,well I don't know the answers to the questions.I have already looked up my problem up on the support website but nothing works. I am actually ****** my phone is broke, nobody wants to look at it from apple, they wont let me use my itunes , please help me!
