Where is the total price and preview all functions in the My wish list of iTunes 11?

Hello,

At one point in time there used to be a "Cart" Total in the wishlist that displayed the dollar amount of the list as well as a "Buy All" feature. There was also a means to "preview" all of the tracks in the list. All three features seem to have been removed, is there a way to get them back?
