I can't recover my password.

I've gone to the website and tried to reset it, but everytime I do I can't get passed the birthday b/c it says I input the incorrect birthday (which I did not, I like to think I know my own birthday). I'm trying to find a phone number so that I can talk to someone, but I can't seem to find one that doesn't include trying to buy something from Apple.
