My iphone 5 blacked out: screen doesn't show anything, siri is the only thing works, pressing the silver lock screen button does nothing, and I can't turn off the phone..
My iphone 5 blacked out:
battery is full,
screen doesn't show anything,
siri is the only thing works,
pressing the silver lock screen button does nothing,
and I can't turn off the phone..
Before this happened, I was just opening a wikipedia webpage, then the screen froze in a white background before the website opens up, so I pressed the lock-screen silver button and then it just blacked out. Now I can't use my phone.. I tried connect my phone to my laptop and restore my phone but it won't work until the Find my iphone is turned off, but I can't do that since I can't read anything from the screen..
Is there anything I can do myself to make it work? or should i take it to an apple store?
