Downloaded generators, titles & effects not working

Hi everyone, im new here.. i've been encouraged by fox_m to post my "dilemma" here.. hope we can fix it!

I need some help with some generators, titles and effects i downloaded... i put them in the motions folder > title folder but when i open FCP, some work, some have the red screen with an exlacamation mark.. my motions folder do not have categories, they are just blank folders (generators, titles, effects, transitions etc). the way i do it is i just drag the downloads and put them in there.. as i said, some work, some get that exclamation mark. how do i fix this? i even tried fox_m's advice to download through a pkg installer, still didnt work.. help!
