May 4, 2014 6:27 PM in response to lforbesby TheHAAG,Apple deleteing posts doesnt help anyone as we will just start an unofficial apple forum! Good and bad comments should be listened to for Apples advantage.

May 5, 2014 9:10 AM in response to chronicon helveticumby rick7,I'd be in favor of starting our own forum. What are people's thoughts?
-
May 5, 2014 9:17 AM in response to rick7by ERSinclair,Regarding starting our own forum, we should pick one of the existing privately owned Apple forums. I'm not big into that so I don't know which one to suggest. How are we going to convey the name to the crowds, I feel for sure that would get redacted.

May 5, 2014 9:44 AM in response to ERSinclairby chronicon helveticum,I have just received the following email from Apple:
'Dear Chris (helveticum),
Your username in Apple Support Communities is inappropriate or offensive. We have changed your username temporarily to "vskcs"'
My roots are Swiss. The Chronicon Helveticum (Latin: ‘Swiss Chronicle’) is one of the oldest accounts of the early history of the Swiss Confederation.
This is starting to feel like harassment. In case I get banned altogether (but why?), I shall watch this thread with interest and follow you wherever you end up :-)

May 5, 2014 11:02 AM in response to chronicon helveticumby EndOfInfinity,Hey Apple Guys,
Shame on you. You should help your customers - and deleting posts or renaming users (this is really absurd) DOES NOT help.
So if you don't want people criticizing apple stuff just leave a message here!
Btw: I just read your terms - and this post does not violate them.
Regards
EOI

May 5, 2014 11:26 AM in response to EndOfInfinityby ERSinclair,@EndOfInfinity - The moderator will likely delete your post and call it a "rant".
I'm so unhappy with my iOS device since I loaded iOS7. I'm unhappy with Apple for the way they are ignoring our problem. This problems affects all iOS7 users whether they have found this forum to express their discontent or not. I'm unhappy with the way they tolerate Chris CA's childish comments while wasting time renaming users.

May 5, 2014 12:24 PM in response to AceNeeravby AceNeerav,Apple jas certainly not got wrose than other brands but its not any good either in terms of dependability. The only reason ill allow my self to be locked on to this eco system is for ease of use. The day that becomes same as other brands or when othwr brands carch up to apple, i will stop paying the apple tax!

May 5, 2014 12:27 PM in response to AceNeeravby bcrab,'Dear Pope Benedict XVI (thepope),
Your username in Religious Support Communities is inappropriate or offensive. We have changed your username temporarily to "abcd"'
Ok, but seriously, I've been an Apple fan for years. Always loved their products and genuinely believed they were superior. Most of the arguments between Apple and others in the past have been over minute details and purely reactionary/egotistical. This current problem, however, speaks of something larger and I'm not afraid to admit it. I HOPE that Apple gets their act together and starts making great products that "just work" once again.
It's one thing to be a fan, another to be realistic. Apple isn't perfect. It doesn't help anyone to pretend it is. Apple made the name it has because it actually DID great things, not simply talked about them. It needs to get back to that tradition
