Can I reload my previously purchased song that was lost when my iPhone crashed?
My iPhone crashed when updating to ios7. I lost all my songs that I purchased from iTunes. Can I reload them without having to repurchase?

Make sure you are signed in: Settings > iTunes & App Stores
Then open the iTunes app > More > Purchased > Music
