Mine is where it was in iOS 6.
Settings > Music > Home Sharing (all the way at the bottom).
Yes in settings it shows HomeSharing but when you click on the Music icon it opens a page with Playlists - Artists - Songs - Albums - Genres - Compilations - Composers. How do I get HomeSharing to access my iMac?
It will be in the "More" tab at the bottom of the Music App. But for Videos it would show up at the top of the app as the Shared Tab. It will be the last tab on the right.
Sign in at Settings>Music>Home Sharing and Settings>Videos>Home Sharing.
Yes in OS6 I had a More tab but in OS7 I cannot see a More tab!
Have you got OS7 on your iPad? If you haven't - well done and DON"T upgrade! It *****, as you say over there.

That word is offensive to some and hence it's censored.
As to the problem, are you connected to the same network as your Mac? I believe that the option won't show up if your iPad isn't on the same subnet as your Mac.
And I have iOS 7 on my iPad and I"m quite happy with it. You're entitled to your opinion by it's by no means shared with everyone else.
Regards.
SILENCE! My first post got a reply in one minute, my second in less than one minute, my third.......
I think Apple have removed Home Sharing because they want me to pay $25 for iTunes Match so I can access my music from my computer via their Cloud.

No, they haven't, and I replied to your message. Jive, the software that runs these forums, doesn't always show replies, though. And we're all just fellow users here, no you won't always get a quick reply.
Yes I am running iOS 7 on my iPad 3, my iPod Touch 5th generation, and my iPhone 5S and I have Home Sharing enabled on all devices.
Have you tried any of the real simple, easy stuff at all?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly ... and if your Mac is running and iTunes is running on the Mac - try resetting your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
Apologies if it offends but one minute ago I had a device that worked perfectly and now I don't!
I liked Apple because it was user friendly and Windows wasn't but now I have to resort to Support Communities to use my Apple products and the amount of frustration with Apple exceeds that of Windows!!!
Wouldn't it be more productive to try troubleshooting rather than flying off the handle? Have you worked through the troubleshooting steps Apple provides?
I have done all these things. HomeSharing is on on the iMac - it's on on the iPad - I restarted the router - iTunes is open on the iMac - and so on. When I had OS6 there was a MORE tab but on OS7 there isn't one that I can see. It's nothing to do with the settings it is simply that I cannot find a MORE tab!
When you are on the Music home screen there are icons at the bottom that start with iTunes Radio (if you are in the US) then Genius, then Playlists, then Artists and last three small circles and below that it says "More".
When you tap More a "Shared" menu item, with a house with a note it in to the left of the word Shared should appear.
This can be sporadic on mine, sometimes after going to it once I have to Reset the phone to get it to appear again, but it does after doing so. I have sent in feedback on this.
