I was informed by Pixel Mags to contact support for a refund. The issue is Robert Kennedy Publishing will no longer be publishing any new content in iTunes. To request a refund, we suggest contacting Apple Customer Support as the purchasing system is maintained solely by iTunes. I had only received one copy of my two yearly subscriptions when this occurred. Is there a way to get a refund?

I don't know if subscriptions appear on this page (I don't have any) but you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
