iCloud changing date and time of some Outlook appointments. Help!

I'm running Outlook 2013 and just installed iCloud about a week ago thinking it would be helpful. About 20 percent of my calendar items are now showing up on the wrong day and/or the wrong time. They are showing as correct when I view them from Outlook but not on my iPhone calendar or on the iCloud website. I'd like to get rid of iCloud since its useless having a calendar on my phone that it totally unreliable but I can't figure out how to get the calendar out of iCloud and back into Outlook. I have hundreds of calendar entries that I don't want to have to recreate - HELP!
