Why does my ipad keep restarting iTunes downloads?

It gets to about 80% downloaded, and starts over. Happened on 3 wireless networks so far. Only started after I put 7 on.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.2

Day 2. Up to 5 wifi networks. iTunes downloads reset, and keep starting over on my ipad: NOT on my iPhone. I have 7.02 on both. I bought the ipad because I do a lot of traveling. Looks like I'll watch movies on my iPhone, and use the ipad for a drink tray until this gets fixed.

Day 4. Got to 1.5 Gb out of 1.6, and restarted.

Oh boy, got the same problem..I am running 7.04 on mine. It is totally annoying, any solutions to solve it?

I have the same. On my iPad 3rd gen (7.04), iPhone 4 and on my MacBook Air.... Trying to download TomTom Europe (1.87 GB) - gets to around 80% each time on three wifi networks.

This issue is still happening on my IPad.....Anyone have any solutions? This automatic restarting downloads uses up data. It is ridiculous!!!!
