How can i install Ubuntu in my mac having windows already?

I have a Macbook Pro 15 Inches 2.3 Ghz with OS X 10.9 Mavericks and an arabic Windows 8, i want to install Ubuntu (and maybe Fedora later haha)

i know many people says that Apple doesnt provide drivers for Linux distros and that i should use a Virtual machine instead, but i prefer using Linux with all my hardware (Also i already have Ubunut on VirtualBox but the pc gets slow and the battery gets emtpy so soon)...

I tried yesterday installing it but it damaged the boot of windows and i had to repair it with the windows 8 disc.

Any way that i can get three of them booting normaly?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
