desktop shortcut to itunes radio station?

is it possible to create a desktop or quicklaunch shortcut directly to a radio station in itunes?

in other words, I don't want to have to launch itunes, change from the mini player, find my radio playlist, double-click on the radio station I want, and then switch back to the mini player. if I could create a shortcut directly to the radio station, then all of this would happen automatically.
