Question

troubles with the master copy...

hello!! i got my dvd to burn. hooray! but then when i put it in the tv... the audio is two seconds out of sync for the whole video. i tell you i could cry. the quicktime movie is perfect but the dvd is off.

any ideas people?

Often the result of 12 bit audio from your camcorder. Did this movie come from a camcorder? Check the settings, iDVD does not like 12 bit audio, it requires 16 bit audio.

If you are using imovie, you may be able to "extract audio" in iMovie and then try again in iDVD.

yes these talk about audio sync in iMovie and Quicktime, but these same issues sometimes don't show up until you try to burn.
