I have an iPod Touch 4th Generation. The iOS7 update doesn't show on my device... This may be because it is too old, however I have had this iPod for less than a year. Please help, I just bought this not long ago with my own money and I want to get the most out of it! What can I do?

There is nothing you can do! . . . If you want iOS7, you must purchase iPod Touch (5th generation).
As Apple announced in June, iOS 7 is not compatible with the 4G iPod touch
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB
