Q: I was charged for an item ...

I tried to purchase some points for a game the other day. An error came up saying that something went wrong with the purchase. I tried again.. same thing. tried closing the app and trying again, ect, ect, ect.

I got charged 6 times for these points, and got 0 points. How do I go about getting my money back?
