HDV out
Hi Guys and Girls
This is my question.
I have captured footage HDv through my deck a sony Hvr /m15 to my g5 all is well.
i can play it on full screen no problems.
But this is it I can not see it on my monitor (ok it's not a hd monitor ) as I run the footage on the timeline ,this works fine if I have dv footage.
If I print to tape dowm the fire wrie cable I will see it on the monitor so why am I not seeing it as I run the fottage on the timeline/canves??
Do i need an extra card? and then why is it that the firewire cable works fine when printing to tape?? but not to view it an monitor via the record deck.
