Can you make files wrap in Finder?

I don't like the way Finder just displays my files in a cluttered way just how I place them... but I know I can just 'Clean Up' so unless there's an easier way to snap to grid then I'm OK with that.

Along with this, I don't like the way files don't wrap the borders of the screen. Say I have a folder full of photos, if i resize the screen or resive the view of the photos, the ones on the right stay hidden and require horizontal scrolling to get to.

I know its possible to wrap file because its happened in some folders that I arranged by Name and then switched back to None... not sure why that does it, is there a more definite way of doing it?

Not sure if this will help you or not but open Finder window and go to your Home Folder (GO>Home). Customize the view of this folder to your own needs. Then right click inside home folder and choose show view options (or use shortcut CMD+J). When new window will be option by default option "use as default" will be greyed out. Chenge temporarily font size to different and click on "use as default" then if you want to restore prievious font size change back and once again click on "use as default".

This should make all your folders look the same and the way how you want it.
