Ios7 upgrade made devices painful to hold

I need to let someone know. Since ios7 upgrade all devices now painful to hold due to electrical leak. Not sure if this is how to state the charge or feed that I get up my arm or fingers when I touch all of our upgraded devises. I don't have to actually touch the devices to pick up this feed.

It is almost like apple changed the frequency of the operating system with this upgrade.

This problem just started with the upgrade and I'm afraid of the cancer causing effects of this problem, short term and long term.

Help, how can I get apple to fix this and has anyone else had this problem?
