Q: The email application on my iPad does not indicate the number of unread messages?

No unread/new message count on the email application of my iPad?  Messages are there and iCloud is working fine between my Mac, iPhone & iPad.  Worked fine before latest 7 update and still works fine on my iPhone.  Anyone have a solution?
