Motorola RAZR v3i - Bluetooth connection fixed in 10.4.7 ???
I bought a Motorola v3i (firmware version R479G08.B4.34R) some weeks ago. I was not able to create a connection via bluetooth with my Powerbook (Mac OS X 10.4.6). After some days I gave the v3i back to the dealer, because it was useless for me. Does someone know if the bluetooth connection is fixed in Mac OS X 10.4.7 ??? Please let me know your v3i firmware version in your answer. Thanks!
Powerbook G4 / 12.1" / 1.33 GHz,
Mac OS X (10.4.6)
I have a V3i with the exact same firmware, and prior to the 10.4.7 update could only pair my phone via bluetooth but not use any services. Since the update I can sync, file transfer and connect to the internet all via bluetooth. Seems someone has sorted something out somewhere. Hope this helps.
Same problem. Just replaced my Razor with a new one today. My Powerbook with a DLink adapter, cannot find it as a phone. It keeps trying to connect to it as a headset. I had it connected to my old Razor, but now it simply won't find it as a phone.
