Q: AppleCare Knowledge-base articles -- problem accessing by number.

I received the following line in an automatic reply from Apple "

For information about UBE and how to access the internet headers from the Mail application, see the AppleCare Knowledge-base article below: <http://www.info.apple.com/kbnum/n86684>"

But when I click on the link, or put the number into a search box I never actually get to the knowledge-base article. But only get line items that are off-topic. Should not be so difficult to access Apple knowledge-base articles.
