How to get a color-matched control center back

I have an iPad 2. I've downloaded almost every beta to it and my control center has always been color-matched to my wallpaper. Now i'm running iOS 7.0.2, but control center has become greyish, or whiteish. It still is a little bit translucent, but is not color matched anymore. Look. what can i do?
