I am an American living in Kenya. When downloading a TV Series recently purchased only one episode loaded and each time I try to download other episodes my computer gives error message and shuts off. I bought the whole series so pretty disappointed?
I am an American living in Kenya. When downloading a TV series recently only the first episode downloaded and the others were on the cloud. Now when I try to download my computer shuts off. Does anyone know how to fix? Is it because I am trying to download in Kenya?
