Envy 100

My Envy 100 printer on my MacBook works ok. However.... When it is done printing, the red circle with the white "1"

in it appears on the Envy icon on my dashboard. When I open it it simply says "printing" even though the print job

is complete. It is annoying more than anything. I can go in and delete the job (even though it is already completed).

I have deleted the printer and reinstalled but no go. Also while I have you experts out there, for some reason I can no longer

scan wireless from my MacBook. I get the message "Failed to open scanner". I can manually scan from the front window of

the Envy to an SD card, then open the SD card in my MacBook, but again it is a pain. Thanks people......
