I have just done a fresh installation of Windows 7 (64bit) and have done all updates. I downloaded the latest version of iTunes and when it goes to connect to the iTunes Store, I get 0x80090318.
I have tried the command, but still no joy.

Dec 1, 2014 3:03 PM in response to Gravethby nekozn,Hi Graveth,
I had the same problem as Mark (C:\Users\Mark), and after tried your suggestion of "CD\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32" and then you type netsh winsock reset, it still doesnt work....could you please give the full command? I'm not a professional, so a step by step clear instruction would be really helpful~
thanks a lot!

Feb 2, 2015 5:38 AM in response to OWLULby VincentvH,Hey OWLUL,
I had the same error. I fixed it as follows:
1. Go to windows explorer with start+e.
2. Click on your C-disk.
3. In the search bar, type: netsh.
4. In the search result, manually look for the C:\Windows\system32\netsh.exe
5. Double click netsh.exe
6. In the MSDOS bar it says: C\:Windows\system32\netsh>
7. Type: winsock reset
8. Press enter
9. Reboot your computer
10. It should work now:)
Good luck!
Regards, Vincent
