phone keeps turning itself off since I updated to ios 7

If your device is continually restarting, not responding, or showing the Apple logo with no progress bar or a stopped progress bar, place the device into recovery mode and try restoring again.

Its happening with my Iphone too. Ive tried updating to IOS 7.2 but my phone wont stay on long enough to download it. I've also tried resetting it in recovery mode and get an error message each time before the reset downloads. Ive made sure im running the latest itunes, have restarted my pc as well but nothing is working!

Fustrated with no phone

My phone just started doing the same thing. It took me a while to upgrade its software to the 7.0.3 because I thought that would help. I was wrong. Has anyone had any solution to this yet? This is really irritating
