iPad 2 disabled after updating to ios 7. Please help

Tried to synch with iTunes but get error saying please unlock ur device before connecting with iTunes. What can I do. I never made a passcode. Now I'm completely locked out of iPad. Please help

iPad 2, iOS 7, Windows 7, iTunes 11.1
