Podcast text and artwork

In this standalone Podcast app the Podcast text and the individual artwork is no longer visiable, and by text I mean the embeded text not the text one see's in iTunes.

For years now I've been learning Chinese with the Popupchinese Podcasts ( a very recomendable podcast if anyones interested in learning Chinese) and for every podcast they have the lesson transcript in the Podcast along with individual artwork but now in the new Poscast app it's no longer visable!!!

Up until iOS 7 I could still see it all in the music app, but now podcasts have been removed from the music app.

Can anyone recomend a workaround please?

I'm not sure about Popupchinese, but what I've done for ChinesePod: if I change the Media Kind from Podcasts to Audiobooks, then the transcripts show up in the lyrics pane (I don't THINK I had to do anything else, but it's been a while since I was a subscriber). Then, on the iOS device, the files will appear in the Music app, rather than the Podcasts app, and I can view the transcripts.

Not sure if the same will apply for Popupchinese, however.

Thanks for that, I'm afraid I'd still like to stay in the podcast app because there one can also skip back 15 secs or so which is missing in the music app.

Why can't Apple just enable it in the Podcast app. sigh

On skipping back 15 seconds: actually, in the Music app, you DO have the skip forward/back 15 second options if the file is "Media Kind = Audiobook". If it's "Media Kind = Music", then no, you can't skip, but in audiobooks you can. (With the usual caveat that this is on my system and I've played with preferences and add-ons so many times I have little idea what was the default mode and what was something I added on.)
