Has anyone else had problems with typing text after upgrading to ios 7.0.2?

Ever since I upgraded to iOS 7.0.2 on my iPhone 4s a couple of days ago, typing text has become so unbelievably slow that texting is not even possible. It's not just happening when I text, it happens any time I have to type anything at all. Really, really a pain in the @#$! Has anyone else seen this problem? Anyone have any ideas about how to fix it or go back to the previous version? Thanks!
