How do I change the colors on the settings screen? (Iphone 5, IOS 7)

How do I change the colors on the settings screen of my iphone? (I don't like the white on gray bars)

And is it possible to change the small icons to a bit more square version of themselves?

And preferably make the animations on the iphone a little quicker? (Like the ones where the app grows bigger when you enter it, or smaller when you exit it. And the fade in and fade out effects when you lock and unlock your phone)

This is not customizable other than by going to Settings > General > Accessibility and increasing the font size, bolding the font, turning on Contrast, and/or turning on Invert Colors.

You can also turn on Reduce Motion.
