Where do I find my "Signing Key?"

I am new to the Developer Forum. Recently, I paid my year's registration fee. With that I promptly received an ACTIVATION CODE, a PART NUMBER, and my INDIVIDUAL ID.

Where do I find my Apple iOS SIGNING KEY?

In Dreamweaver CC, when I go to "Phone Gap Build Settings," it promptly takes care of Android, Blackberry, Windows and WebOS, but then flags iOS and asks me for my "Signing Key."

I asked Apple Technical Support and they referred me to this link:

In this link, Apple said I would have to look at ""Maintaining Your Signing Identities and Certificates" section in the App Distribution Guide," which I did, but did not find.

Why does it have to be this difficult? Someone, please tell me how I can get my "Signing Key."
