Upgrading account from the web

I am currently travelling in the US and don't have a computer with me to log in and upgrade my icloud storage plan - is there a way to do this via a web browser?

The help article doesn't give the option other than via iOS or MacOS which is a real pain!

I'm afraid I'll lose some of my data as the plan expires and auto-downgrades on the 30th.

I'm not aware of any such service myself. Is it not possible to find someone with a computer who will let log into your account through their system preferences. It would mean logging out of their account if they used iCloud themselves, however once you have finished and they enter their details again, all the data should be returned to their computer.
