Q: how to turn off code for voicemail on 5s
i just upgraded from the 4s to the 5s. How do i turn off the need to put in a code to listen to voicemail? thanks

I would recommend going through the steps in the article below. Most of the time section eight resolves the issue as the Visual Voicemail password needs to be reset.
