Q: emac help!

I started up my eMac after a long time but I can't remember my password. I reset the password with the startup disk but when I enter the new password, the screen goes black and has a "Darwin" login! Help!

Try typing...

mac-boot

& hit enter.

Have you done a PRAM reset, CMD+Option+p+r...

In fact, do 3 in a row, takes a bit of time.
