Location services not working after 7.0.2 update

Try a Restart.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Resetting your settings

You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

i also have the same problem. the location services icon does not appears. i have try reset location services and network setting but it's not working. before this it's ok, but yesterday it start not working.

Yes, Location won't engage. In fact the button is inactive. I can't get it to work from the privacy settings. Anyone know what Apple is doing about this In IOS7?

Is the new "Background App Refresh" setting turned on globally and for the app? I had an app that was supposed to collect GPS coordinates at certain times and it wasn't grabbing the data. I turned this setting on globally and for the app and it worked.
