Whats up with my Photo Stream? And a couple of questions.

1. I don't know if its suppose to be like this or what, but if you dont have photos in your photo stream, will it still take away some of your data? I put off in the settings and its still there, wasting my data.

2. Will deleting emails and notes increase your left over usage?

3. Is the new 7 IOS version any good? Whats the bad and good?
