Infinity blade ll

As you can see from my purchase history. I bought a bag of gold or Chips through an in-app purchase, but for some reason it didn’t show up in my game – how can I get a refund?

Ps. I didn't get gold from my infinity blade ll ,but infinity blade lll is working.
