He logged in using his Apple ID and he installed apps. As you are using your Apple ID now, the App Store is asking you for his Apple ID to update the apps he installed, so type his password and these applications will be updated.
There's no workaround, apart from downloading those apps with your Apple ID. If you don't need them, you can just delete them

He logged in to check something I don't believe he installed anything.
My ID works in other areas just not apps update

Sep 29, 2013 1:46 AM in response to Quokka7by mende1,He installed apps with his Apple ID and they require his password to be updated. Type his password to update them, don't update the apps or remove them if you don't need them, so you will get rid of this message
