Once I've managed to reset the password can I change the account or email as the cloud one is not the same as my itunes

Please note that the password for your Apple ID and iCloud account could be the same.(It depens on how you initally set up iCloud). Furthermore please note that iCloud email addresses ending with @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com cannot be changed. See also: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621
