Oct 13, 2015 10:10 PMby Kronstat_Kid,An hour ago, I was using my iPhone 6+ playing Tetrus . . . things were not reacting to my finger taps or strokes . . . shut the game down and watched TV . . . Picked up iPhone and could NOT "slide to open" or even "Shut Down" . . . have a stylus that ALSO did NOTHING . . . Used your Home and Sleep button simultaneously and it WORKS!! Thanks for the quick and easy answer.

My phone's power button had stopped working, then a couple days later the screen wouldn't respond at all except when answering phone calls (so I knew it wasn't a broken screen!). Since the power button didn't work, I couldn't try the other tip to reset the device by holding the power button and home key. PUTTING IT IN THE FREEZER WORKED! It sounded a little hokey, but I figured it was worth a shot since I couldn't figure out anything else. I had it in the freezer only for an hour or two and then thawed it with my hands for a few minutes. I plugged it in and it turned itself back on (thank goodness, since I couldn't have turned it on!). No problems with the screen since! Weirdest, but easiest fix ever! Thanks again.
