App store, iTunes and Safari aren't working!! Help!

So a monitor fell on my macbook (It was closed ) and the macbook didn't look damaged at all, and it is still very fast. But Safari is barely working while App Store and iTunes store can't connect to the internet. Is this a software problem or consequence of the monitor falling? How do I fix this?

Deselect Proxies if selected.


Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Proxies:


Click "Change Settings" button


The network preferences window for Proxies will will show up with "Proxies"

tab selected.



Under "Select Protocol", uncheck any box if selected.


Click "OK", then "Apply"
