update 6 make subtitles look terrible with a transparent background

I just update to ios version 6 on my appletv 3 and i just notice that the subtitles in my movies now have a transparent backgroud thats terrible

also netflix now have yellow subtitles like in the 80's and the HD feature is no longer working correctly

i have downgradfe to ios 5.3 because of this issues

apple you have just broke some of the features that were working ok
