iPhone 5C overheating issues?

Hello friends , I'm using a iPhone 5C 16GB now, I realized that after using just for a few minutes without heavy usage just whatsapping and twitter , it gets warm at the top of the back, is this normal? Should I be worried? Please help me, thanks ...
