MBP 15" Mid-2010 keeps panicking

Question

I&#x27;ve been reading up on a lot of kernal panics, and tried lots of different things before coming here. My MBP15" Mid-2010 crashes a few times everyday now, and it&#x27;s so frequent that I can&#x27;t even track down what causes or is even correlated with it. Before my upgraded Samsung 830 hard drive, it did this, and I thought that since it&#x27;s been long already, I upgraded my hard drive, reinstalled everything. I&#x27;ve also bought the Mountain Lion software so all software is up to date. The panics started again after I restored to factory settings, then transferred all my files and installed some software. Some people suggest safe mode to see if the crashes still happen; I&#x27;ve confirmed that they don&#x27;t happen when I&#x27;m in safe mode. I&#x27;ve also updated all my software, and crashes still happen whether I&#x27;m using MWord, MExcel, Google Chrome, iTunes sometimes. Could anybody help me? The last loaded kext is always msdosfs or AudioHW. Could anybody help me diagnose the problem?

Now the panics have increased after I tried to fix it... definitely not helping myself. I&#x27;m guessing it&#x27;s not the intermittent black screen or loss of video issue because I&#x27;m running Mountain Lion. Regarding the TS4088 issue, I&#x27;ve taken a look at it and I&#x27;m definitely passed the 3 year limit. So basically I spent 400 bucks on my new SSD (which I can&#x27;t put into a new mac because they&#x27;re all unibodies), and now I need to spend another 800 bucks to replace my faulty logic board? Argh...
