They no longer exist... when was the last time you used them?
.mac was closed November 8, 2010 and users were changed to MobileMe.
MobileMe was closed down July 31, 2012 and users were changed to iCloud.
People with PowerPC Macs cannot access iCloud except through iOS devices like the iPhone 4S
