Can you exit group texts?

Apple needs to come up with the option to Opp out.. Like Facebook in Group Messages.. I get stuck on Group Texts and its annoying when people reply and it registers EVERY Single text in a new feed because of different divices ... Please fix this.. I BEG YOU..😠😢😕
